Welcome to our page!
My name is Heaven. I am a highly skilled Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach servicing the Gold Coast region, as well as the option for remote support.
​
For four years, I worked in various teams within the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in delivering the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - Australia's largest social reform since Medicare. These teams include:

Planning as a Senior Planner (Gold Coast and Logan)

Technical Advisory Branch (TAB) as a Senior Advisor (National)

Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Branch as a Senior Case Manager and Team Leader (Queensland)

Before working for the NDIA, I was a Case Manager at Queensland Corrective Services.
I also have degrees in Psychological Science and Criminology/Criminal Justice. In addition, I have completed additional training in Trauma-Informed Care.

We are able to support Plan Managed and Self Managed participants only at this stage.
